Accommodation in Limerick has been reserved at preferential rates in a range of price categories. Rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so delegates are encouraged to book early. All rooms have a private bathroom and the prices below are inclusive of local taxes, VAT and breakfast. TERENA will provide bus transportation between the hotels and the Conference venue in the mornings and evenings

Dromroe Village

Participants are urged to choose accommodation in the unique atmosphere of Drumroe Village on the University of Limerick campus, just 200 metres from the Conference venue. This new complex is situated on 600 acres of parkland in a quaint village setting comprising terrace-style apartments. Each apartment has six bedrooms and a communal living room and kitchen, cable television, a card telephone. Each bedroom has an individual door lock, a double bed (135 cm X 190 cm), a desk with a 100 Mb Ethernet computer point and a bathroom(with shower) ensuite. Bed linen and towels are supplied and there is a daily cleaning service. Breakfast is delivered in the evening for the following morning. The houses have wheelchair accessibility and free parking. The village has a grocery store, launderette and café.

Kilmurry Lodge Hotel
County Limerick

Opened in 1995, Kilmurry Lodge Hotel has 100 rooms set in a rural location with landscaped gardens and extensive parking. Transport to and from the Conference venue will be provided. It is a drive of approximately 15 minutes.

Castletroy Park Hotel
Dublin Road
County Limerick

The Castletroy Park Hotel stands on 14 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking the Clare Hills, 3.2 km from Limerick City. This traditional hotel offers a fine dining restaurant, a pub and a health and fitness club. The hotel is across the road from the university gates and a 15-minute walk from the conference venue. Transport to and from the Conference venue will be provided.
